How do I redeem my free 3 month "Žalgiris Insider" membership code?

Introduction

In this article, you will learn how to redeem your free 3-month "Žalgiris Insider" membership code that you received in your email if you are a 2026- 2027 season pass holder.

If you're sure you should have received the code but don't see it in your email, follow our troubleshooting article for what to do if you didn't receive it. 

What you need to know before you start

• Your unique code is valid until December 31, 2026.
• We emailed the code to all 2026–2027 season ticket membership holders. It will not appear in the "Žalgiris" app notification center because not all season ticket holders use the app, or their email address on file may differ between the app and the season ticket membership system.
• You'll activate the subscription through your zalgiris.lt user account.

Here's what to do

1. Log in to your zalgiris.lt account, or create one if you don't have it yet.
2. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Go to "My Account" → "Subscription Information" → "View Plans".
4. Select the membership type you want (3-month, annual, or Club) and click "Buy".
5. Enter your unique presale code in the discount code field and click "Apply".
6. Enter your card payment details and click "Pay".

What to do if you would like to change your subscription

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to "My Account" → "Subscription Information".
3. Click "Subscription Settings" and select the membership type you want, then enter your code at checkout as described above.

NOTE: If you do not know what you can do with the code, read the suggestions below:

• You do not have a "Žalgiris Insider" membership yet - redeeming the code gives you 3 months free. You can also buy an annual membership or Club membership immediately with a €23.97 discount.
• You have a monthly membership - use the code to switch to an annual membership or Club membership and save €23.97.
• You have an annual membership - use the code to switch to a Club membership and save €23.97.
• You're already a Club member - you can gift your unique code to a friend.

Additional tips

• Your membership auto-renews unless you cancel it - you can cancel anytime under "Subscription Settings".
