Can I exit and re-enter the Žalgiris Arena during an event?

Once a EuroLeague basketball game or concert starts, you might wonder whether you can step outside briefly. This article outlines Žalgiris Arena's strict no-re-entry policy.

What to know before you start

• The ticketing system logs your initial entry; scanning the same digital ticket a second time at the turnstiles will show an error.
• If you exit the venue independently before the event concludes, you will be denied re-entry.

Exceptions

In an emergency, or if exceptional circumstances or health reasons require you to step outside the turnstiles temporarily and you plan to return, you must speak to security personnel before exiting.

The security staff will evaluate the situation. If approved, they will facilitate a manual process that lets you return without needing to rescan your ticket.

Additional tips

To avoid access issues, bring all necessary personal belongings from your vehicle before proceeding through the initial security check. Read more about the arena's protocols in the event rules guide.
