What is the difference between ticket and Žalgiris Shop gift cards?

Received a Žalgiris coupon or gift card but unsure where to spend it? Žalgiris issues two distinct types of gift cards. This guide explains how to identify yours and redeem it successfully.

What you need to know about the coupons

• Ticketing system (Koobin) gift cards cannot be used to purchase jerseys or merchandise.
• "Žalgiris Shop" gift cards cannot be used to purchase digital tickets for EuroLeague matches or other events.

Coupon differences

If you purchased your voucher on the official ticketing platform (zalgiris.koobin.com), use it only for basketball tickets, arena tours, or other ticketed events. Enter the code at checkout.

However, if you hold a "Zalgiris Shop" voucher, you can redeem it at physical merchandise stores in Kaunas or when ordering official team gear online.

Additional tips

Always check the expiration date printed on your voucher, as expired codes cannot be renewed or redeemed. For more details, consult our gift card redemption guide.
