How to order a birthday greeting at the Žalgiris Arena?

Looking to surprise someone with a birthday greeting at the Žalgiris Arena? During home EuroLeague and LKL games, a greeting can be displayed on the arena cube or the outside LED screen. Read this guide to find out how to order one and what's needed to make it happen.

What you need to know before you start

• Check two things: whether the chosen game is a home EuroLeague or LKL game, and whether there are more than 3 business days left until the game. This service is not available for other games.
• Only one birthday greeting is broadcast per game, so availability is limited.
• The birthday person's name and photo must be submitted no later than 3 business days before the scheduled broadcast. If the information is not submitted on time, the greeting will not be broadcast and the payment will not be refunded - this action is irreversible.
• The payment is also non-refundable if the birthday person or the person who placed the order cannot attend the game.
• For the birthday person to be shown live on camera, they must have a ticket on the first floor of the arena, in sectors 118-136 or 101-107. Otherwise, only their photo will be displayed.
• One greeting ticket is valid for one person and one specific home game. A ticket for the birthday person must be purchased separately - it is not included in the greeting order.  You can find more information on how to purchase a ticket in our ticket purchasing guide.

Here's what you need to do

1. Go to zalgiris.koobin.com/more-products?act=1.
2. Select the "Birthday greeting" category.
3. In the calendar, select the product based on the date of the desired event. Your selection is saved at any time, so you can return to it later.
4. Once you've made your selection, press "Make a gift of it".
5. After the purchase, you will receive an email with a link. Open it and upload the birthday person's name and photo.
   NOTE: if you want the birthday person to be shown live on camera, make sure they have a ticket in sectors 118-136 or 101-107 before the game.
6. Submit the information no later than 3 business days before the scheduled broadcast time.

Additional tips

• If the birthday person is not sitting in the specified sectors, the greeting will still be displayed - only instead of a live shot, the photo you uploaded will be used.
• If you haven't received the email with the link, first check your spam folder and the email address you provided during the purchase.
• The greeting date can be changed if there is availability at another home game, in which case the greeting will be broadcast on a different date than the actual birthday. When changing from EuroLeague to LKL, the price difference is not refunded, and when changing from LKL to EuroLeague, the difference must be paid.
