Can I transfer my Žalgiris Insider subscription to someone else?

Not planning to use your Insider membership anymore, but know someone who would love to take it over? Here is how subscription transfers actually work.

Before You Begin

An Insider subscription is personal and tied to a specific customer's email and payment card; the system has no direct feature to "reassign" a subscription to another person.

Here is what you need to do

  1. If you want someone else to enjoy Insider perks, the best way is to buy them a gift voucher, which they can activate themselves in their own account.
  2. If you have an activation or discount code (for example, one you received as a season ticket holder), you can pass it to someone else to use on their own account; this is not the same as transferring the whole subscription.
  3. You can always cancel your own subscription if you no longer want it, and the other person can then sign up for their own individual membership.

Additional Tips

  • Sharing your payment card details with someone else isn't recommended. It is safer for everyone to have their own account and payment method.
  • If the subscription was bought as a gift through a voucher, the recipient activates it themselves by creating or using their own Žalgiris account.
  • If you run into a specific edge case, feel free to email the club's support team at pagalba@zalgiris.lt; they review these situations individually.
