How to cancel a Žalgiris Insider subscription?

Decided to take a break from the Insider community? In this article, you will learn how to cancel a Žalgiris Insider subscription and what happens next.

Before You Begin

After you cancel, your subscription doesn't end immediately. You will keep full access to Insider content until the end of your paid period, and you won't be charged again afterward.

Here is what you need to do

1. Log in to your Žalgiris account on the website or in the app.
2. Go to "Subscription info" or "Subscription settings" in your profile.
3. Click "Manage subscription", then select "Cancel Plan" and confirm the cancellation.
4. You will get a confirmation email that your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period.

Additional Tips

• If you plan to come back to Insider later, you can always reactivate your subscription using the same email.
• If you hold a season ticket, keep in mind your Insider subscription runs separately; canceling it does not affect your season ticket.
• If you plan to delete your whole Žalgiris account, cancel your subscription separately first, since deleting the account does not automatically end it.
