How can I visit Žalgiris Arena if I have a disability or limited mobility?

Introduction

This guide provides essential information for visitors with disabilities or reduced mobility attending Žalgiris games and other events at the arena. Here you will learn how to purchase tickets for visitors with disabilities and their accompanying persons, how to enter the arena without using stairs, and where to park.

Before You Start

  • On the day of the event, you must have a valid disability card or Personal Assistant (PA) card confirming your right to a free accompanying person's ticket.
  • The rule in the designated section for people with disabilities is strictly 1 person with a disability + 1 accompanying person. Any additional guests traveling with you must purchase separate tickets in the general sections.

How to Purchase a Ticket

  1. Log in to your account at zalgiris.koobin.com.
  2. Select the game or event you wish to attend.
  3. Click on any section described as strictly for wheelchair users.
  4. Select 1 ticket for a person with a disability and 1 free ticket for an accompanying person, then click "Add to Cart" ("Į krepšelį").

  5. Review your selected tickets and click Pay / Checkout ("Apmokėti") to complete your purchase.
  6. On the day of the event, enter Žalgiris Arena via Entrance A or Entrance B - these are equipped with ramps and elevators.

Additional Tips

  • If you do not use a wheelchair but have temporary mobility difficulties (e.g., using crutches or recovering from surgery), use Entrance A or Entrance B. Seating in Row 6 is also available for accompanying persons.
  • The parking lot for visitors with disabilities is located closest to the arena entrances and is separate from the VIP parking area.
  • Always carry your valid disability or personal assistant ID with you, as arena security guards or ticket inspectors may ask to see it at the entrance.
