What should I do if I arrive late to a Žalgiris event?

You arrived at a Žalgiris event after the match or event has already started, and you're not sure whether you can still get into the arena? Read this guide to find out what you can do in this situation.

What should I do?

Your ticket is valid for the entire duration of the event - even if you're running late, you can usually still enter the arena, you just need to show a valid ticket at the entrance. You can read more about the exact door opening time in our Help Center to avoid being late.

In some sectors, entry may be temporarily restricted during the match or event for safety or order reasons (e.g., during a certain moment in the game) - in that case, staff at the entrance will direct you to the most convenient time to enter without disturbing other spectators.

We recommend keeping your ticket easily accessible (on your phone or printed out), so entry takes as little time as possible.

Additional tips

  • If you can't find your seat after arriving late, you can ask event staff at the sector entrance - they'll help you find your seat.
  • To avoid being late, arrive at least half an hour before the event starts, taking into account the door opening time and possible traffic.
