How to renew my Žalgiris season pass subscription?

Introduction

Would you like to renew your season pass without stopping by the arena? Here's how to do it online.

What you need to know before you start

For accounts created through a purchase at the ticket office or by bank transfer, a password isn't set automatically - you'll need to create one by resetting the password.

Here's what you need to do

1. Open the website zalgiris.koobin.com and click the "Log in" button.
2. If your season pass was purchased online, log in with your email address and password. If it was purchased at the ticket office or by bank transfer, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address used to purchase the season pass.
3. Once logged in, go to the "My Profile" section and click the "Manage subscription(s)" button.
4. In the list that opens, select the season passes you'd like to renew and click "Renew subscription".
5. Choose your payment method and click "Renew".
6. After completing the payment in your bank's system, click "Return to merchant" to confirm the payment.

Additional tips

• You'll see your successfully renewed season pass in "My Profile" - there you can also manage it and issue a ticket.
