How to change the email address on my Žalgiris account?

Has your email address changed and you'd like to update your Žalgiris account details? Here's how to do it.

What you need to know before you start

The process differs depending on whether you still have access to the email address currently registered on your account.

Here's what you need to do

  1. If you have access to your old email address:
    • Email us at bilietai@zalgiris.lt from your registered email address and let us know the new email address you'd like on your account.
  2. If you can no longer access your old email address:
    • Email us at bilietai@zalgiris.lt from your new email address, stating the reason you can't access your old address and providing your old account details to confirm your identity.

  • Providing your old account details is required for security reasons – it helps confirm that the request is coming from the actual account owner.
