How to add a ticket to the "Žalgiris" app?

Introduction

Would you like to have your ticket handy right in the "Žalgiris" app? Here are two ways to do it.

What you need to know before you start

Currently, only basketball tickets can be stored in the app - there's no option to add football tickets yet. It's important to log in with the same email address used to purchase the tickets.

Here's what you need to do

  1. Via the confirmation email:
    1. Open the ticket confirmation email you received.
    2. Next to the listed seats, click the green "Add to Žalgiris App" button and follow the further instructions in the app.
  2. Directly through the app:
    1. Open the "Žalgiris" app.
    2. In the top right corner, tap the last of the three icons (the wallet icon) and log in with the same email address as your ticket account.
    3. Within a few minutes, you'll see all your tickets for upcoming matches in the app.

Additional tips

  • Tickets purchased in the future with the same email address will automatically appear in the app.
  • If you log in with a different email address than the one registered on your account, you won't see your tickets in the app.
