How to find your Žalgiris tickets in your account and download them?

Introduction

Would you like to view or download tickets you've previously purchased? Here's where to find them.

What you need to know before you start

All purchased tickets are stored in your account - you'll only be able to see them if you log in with the email address used for the purchase.

Here's what you need to do

  1. Open the account page at zalgiris.koobin.com and log in with the email address used to purchase the tickets.
  2. Go to My Profile → Your Purchases - there you'll see all your purchased tickets.
  3. Next to the ticket you want, click "More information / print ticket" - then you'll be able to download or print it.

Additional tips

  • You can show your e-ticket on your phone or print it - both options are accepted at the event entrance.
