Where do I enter a Žalgiris ticket pre-sale code?

Introduction

Do you have a pre-sale or special purchase code for Žalgiris tickets that lets you buy tickets before everyone else? Here's how to use it.

What you need to know before you start

Pre-sale codes are usually single-use - before you start, make sure you've already added all the tickets you want to your cart, since the code cannot be used again afterward. You can read more about who is eligible to receive such codes in our Help Center.

Here's what you need to do

  1. Go to zalgiris.koobin.com and log in to your account, or create a new one.
  2. Select the event you want and click "Buy tickets".
  3. Choose the sector you want, click the shopping cart icon, mark the seats you want on the sector map, and click "Continue".
  4. In the cart, next to each selected seat, you'll find an empty "Purchase code:" field - enter your code and click the green "Confirm" button.
  5. Repeat the same step for each ticket in the cart.
  6. At the bottom of the page, read and agree to the terms of purchase, click "Buy", and choose your payment method.

Additional tips

  • The purchase code and the discount code are entered in different places - the purchase code is entered in the rate row, while the discount code is entered after selecting the relevant discount.
  • You'll find your purchased tickets in "My Profile", under "Your purchases".
