How do I use a discount code when buying Žalgiris tickets?

Introduction

Do you have a special discount code and want to use it when buying tickets online? Here's how to do it correctly.

What you need to know before you start

The discount code field is only available on the shopping cart page - not earlier in the purchase process.

Here's what you need to do

  1. Select the events you want, choose your seats, and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. In the cart, next to the selected seats, click the green "Select/Change discount" button.
  3. Once you select a discount, an empty field will appear next to it - enter your discount code there.
  4. After entering the code, be sure to click the green "Confirm" button - otherwise the discount won't be applied even if the code was entered correctly.
  5. Repeat the same step separately for each remaining seat in the cart - the discount is applied individually to each seat.

Additional tips

  • If the code isn't accepted or the discount isn't applied, check whether the code is single-use and whether it matches the event and ticket conditions.
