Why was my "Žalgiris Insider" subscription renewed automatically?

Problem

Your "Žalgiris Insider" subscription was renewed automatically and you didn't expect this, or you want to find out how to avoid automatic renewal in the future.

How to resolve this?

NOTE: A "Žalgiris Insider" subscription renews automatically if it hasn't been cancelled in the system before it expires - this is a standard subscription condition. You can read more about membership benefits and terms in our Help Center.

  1. A subscription that has already been activated will remain valid until its end date - in this case, no refund is available.
  2. If you want your subscription not to be renewed automatically in the future, log in to your account at www.zalgiris.lt, click the account icon in the top right corner and select "My account".
  3. Select "Subscription information" and click "Manage subscription", then "Cancel Plan" and confirm the cancellation.

Additional tips

  • Cancellation needs to be done before the automatic renewal - once the renewal has happened, no refund is issued.
