Why was my "Žalgiris Insider" subscription renewed automatically?

Problem

Your "Žalgiris Insider" subscription was renewed automatically, and you may not have expected it or know how to avoid automatic renewal in the future.

How to resolve this?

NOTE: Like most subscriptions, a"Žalgiris Insider" subscription auto-renews unless you cancel beforehand. You can read more about membership benefits and terms in our Help Center.

1. A subscription that has already been activated will remain valid until its end date, so we are not able to issue a refund.
2. If you do not want your subscription to be renewed automatically in the future, log in to your account at www.zalgiris.lt, click the account icon in the top-right corner, and select "My account".
3. Select "Subscription information" and click "Manage Subscription", then "Cancel Plan" and confirm the cancellation.

Additional tips

• Cancellation must be made before the automatic renewal; once the renewal has occurred, no refund is issued.
