How to resolve this?

NOTE: We can only verify ticket validity for the original buyer who purchased directly through our official distributor Koobin.

If the ticket was purchased from any distributor other than zalgiris.koobin.com, unfortunately we are unable to verify its validity.

NOTE: When buying tickets from unofficial resellers, we cannot guarantee their authenticity. The same ticket may have been sold to several people, which means you may not be able to enter the arena.
