You have a Žalgiris gift voucher that has already expired, and you want to know whether it can be extended or refunded.

How to resolve this?

Unfortunately, once a gift voucher has expired, we generally cannot extend it or refund it.

In some cases, the validity period can be extended for an additional period - for this reason, we recommend contacting us by email at bilietai@zalgiris.lt, stating the voucher's purchase date. Our team will evaluate your case individually and inform you of possible solutions.

NOTE: The gift voucher's validity period is 4 months from the date of purchase. Before proceeding, check the exact expiration date - if the voucher is still valid, it can be used as normal. You can read more about how to use a valid voucher in our Help Center.

  • Gift vouchers are for single use only - any unused balance is not refunded, even after successful use.
  • We recommend noting the voucher's expiration date at the time of purchase, so you don't forget to use it in time.
