How do I safely transfer my Žalgiris season pass to another person?

Introduction

Do you want to transfer your "Žalgiris" season pass to another person? This guide explains how the season pass transfer process works.

What you need to know before you start

  • The transfer is always initiated by the current season pass owner, not by the new buyer.
  • This action cannot be undone – it will not be possible to move the season pass back. Once the request is made, the season pass is immediately transferred to the new account.

Here's what you need to do (done by the current owner)

  1. Send an email to bilietai@zalgiris.lt from the same email address that the season passes are currently registered under.
  2. Be sure to include the new owner's first name, last name, and email address in your message.
  3. Once we receive your request, the process of transferring the season pass to the new account will begin, and the new owner becomes the sole holder of the season pass as soon as our team reads the request.

Additional tips

  • The email must be sent from the registered email address – emails from other addresses will not be accepted as confirmation.
