How do I download a Žalgiris ticket from my season pass?

Do you have a "Žalgiris" season pass and want to get an e-ticket for a specific game? This guide will show you how to pull an electronic ticket out of your season pass.

What you need to know before you start

Here's what you need to do

  1. Open the website zalgiris.koobin.com and click "Log in".
  2. If you purchased your season pass online, log in with your email and password. If you purchased it at the box office or by bank transfer, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address used to purchase the season pass.
  3. In the "Season passes" section, click the long green button "Manage season pass/pull ticket out of season pass".
  4. In the window that opens, click the "Games" button next to the season pass you want.
  5. Select the game you want, then click "Pull out ticket". You'll find the pulled-out e-ticket in the "Your purchases" section of your account.

Additional tips

  • You can show the pulled-out e-ticket on your phone or print it out - it replaces the season pass card for that game. You can read more about saving a ticket to the app in our Help Center.
